Our Pacific Pale showcases brand-new experimental NZ hops, with the intriguing moniker NZH106 & NZH109. We are one of the first breweries outside New Zealand shores to have access to this mysterious flavourbomb, thanks to our pals at Charles Faram & NZ Hops. It has a unique flavour profile of tropical fruit, fresh citrus and subtle herbal undertones perfect for a soft, hazy Pale Ale. A malt bill full of oats and extra pale barley give this a smooth, full body underscored by a crisp hop bitterness.
