This hazy beer showcases a brand-new two experimental NZ hop, with the intriguing monikers NZH106 and NZH109. This is something that our brewery in Edinburgh are really thankful for:

We are one of the first breweries outside New Zealand shores to have access to these mysterious hops, thanks to our pals at @charlesfaram and @nzhopsltd through their Bract Brewers Programme.

Vinny, our Head Brewer, brought in a malt bill full of oats and extra pale barley to match the sweetness of the NZ hops. The outcome is a unique flavour profile of tropical fruit, fresh citrus and subtle herbal undertones perfect for a soft, hazy Pale Ale.
