Our New 6.6% West Coast IPA: Cosmic Hop Character
Our newest release is here: a stellar 6.6% West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Brewser for their November Discovery Box and general sale.
Bringing our shared space-themed identities together was a no-brainer. Olly from Brewser made the mission up to our brewery down by Leith's Shore in Edinburgh to get stuck into a proper brew day with our team. To mark the occasion, we crafted a classic, hop-forward West Coast IPA built on classic Pacific Northwest hops.
Can Design
To match the brew inside, the artwork brings our two lunar-focused brands together. The can design features a star pattern set against a rugged West Coast mountain trail outline. A nod to the origins of classic West Coast IPAs and our shared space identities.
The Hop Bill
Loaded with iconic Pacific Northwest hops that build deep layers of pine, citrus, and stone fruit:
Chinook: Gives a crisp pine-resin core, subtle spice, and punchy grapefruit notes.
Citra: Layers in bright citrus and juicy tropical fruit.
Amarillo: Rounds off the brew with smooth floral aromas and sweet stone fruit character.
Tasting Notes
- PINE: Crisp pine-resin and subtle spice driven by Chinook.
- GRAPEFRUIT: Punchy citrus and bright fruit notes from Chinook and Citra.
- BITTER: A clean, dry finish with a classic West Coast bite and a subtle touch of caramel malt depth.
