BARBE ROUGE RED IPA

In our quest for new and exciting hops we have landed in France, using the intriguing Barbe Rouge (Red Beard): named after a notorious French comic-book pirate.

About the beer: The hop’s delicate strawberry, herbal and red fruit flavours are a perfect fit for this Red IPA.
The malt body is comprised of Melanoidin, Double Roasted Crystal and Carared to add the rich complexity of dried red fruits, caramel and toffee. US hop, El Dorado, is added late in the process for an extra tropical fruit twist. Plus, no pirate story is complete without the search for gold - discover Moonwake’s latest treasure!
