ARTIST SERIES - HIBISCUS SOUR

Our new artist series is a range of beers that will showcase different, local artists' work. For our first beer in the artist series, we have brewed a Hibiscus Sour.

Our newest brewer, a passionate tea drinker, has helped create this Hibiscus Sour, brewed using petals of the hibiscus flower. This sour beer showers the senses with cranberry, red fruit, peaches, and citrus. The artwork for this beer has been designed by local, Edinburgh-based artist Martha Duncan Studio.

Martha loves to create fun art as the world is too serious! She uses her creativity to bring about positivity. We were really excited to work together to combine beer and art.

It was a fun process to throw around different ideas and collaborate together. We had spotted Martha's work during one of our seasonal markets, loved her use of colour and thought her designs featuring fruit would put her in an ideal position to design our Hibiscus Sour.
