Taking place at a variety of bars and pubs across the neighbourhood, the Leith Jazz and Blues Festival returns with 3 days of live music and performances! The weekend offers a packed programme for jazz and blue lovers. Check below for live acts at the taproom, and here for the full programme.
Enjoy four acts at our mezzanine taproom that overlooks our brew kit, where we offer 16 beer taps, a selection of wines, spirits, gluten-free and alcohol-free options.
Brand new shiny band that can only be a great addition to the burgeoning blues scene, Jed Potts teams up with Cameron Gray and Richie Anderson for a feast of blues and rock standards all played with verve and no little style. And just remember boys and girls, they’re just a frightened of you as you are of them.
Craig and Tom have been performing as a duo and full band for over 30 years. Up front on vocals, Craig Anderson brings the raw sounds of Chicago blues with driven, Sonny Boy Williamson harmonica virtuosity whilst the acoustic guitar of Tom Anderson blends the shuffle rhythms with hints of southern blues, jazz and funk.
The Pocket Collective formed back in 2022 in order to play the music of their heroes BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Etta James alongside their own fantastic compositions, and have very quickly become regulars in the Blues Clubs and music bars all over the country.
Dave Toule is a dynamic swing, jazz, blues guitarist-singer, and multi-instrumentalist.
His professional career spans over 15 years and has seen him captivating audiences with his scintillating collection of Jazz, Blues, Latin, and Grooves as a soloist, bandleader and sideman all over the UK, Italy, Chile, and beyond.
With his brilliant guitar playing and his unique approach to the songs of Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald he will wow your crowd with such a diverse and varied sound that he’ll have them wondering where the other musicians are hiding!
Dave comes as a solo guitarist/ singer, a duo with double bass, or as a trio. This time, he will be playing as a duo.
So come down to Leith Shore, enjoy some local beers brewed and live music!
As these events tend to fill out the venue, we will not take any reservations and instead be offering walk-in tables.
