Shipping policy

Collection from the Brewery

  • Orders can be placed for ‘Click & Collect’
  • Orders placed before 2pm can be picked up the same working day, orders placed after 2pm can be collected the next working day.
  • Please note that click and collect orders will only be held for 30 days.
  • Please note - deliveries will not be completed without acceptance of delivery unless otherwise stated in delivery instructions.

Festive Collection Times:

  • Monday 29th 10am-5pm
  • Tuesday 30th 10am-5pm
  • New Years Eve 10am-2pm

DELIVERY

APC carries out our courier deliveries, you should receive tracking information from them once they have collected the parcels. While they offer next working day delivery this service can be subject to delays that are out of our control. The brewery is not liable for goods if an incorrect address is given or if any taxes are due.

Festive dates: 

Last dispatch day for delivery before Christmas* is Monday 22nd before 2pm. Thereafter we cannot guarantee dispatch and delivery. Any orders placed after this will roll onto the next working day, 29th December.

Last dispatch day before NYE* is Monday 29th before 2pm. Thereafter we cannot guarantee dispatch and delivery. Any orders placed after this time will roll onto next working day, 5th January.

*This is the last dispatch date given by our courier however due to high volume and the busy festive period we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered the next working day.
