Craft beer crawl from Edinburgh city centre down to the Leith shore.
We are lucky to be joining a burgeoning and ever-growing beer scene in Edinburgh so we have put together a fine pub crawl from the city centre down to our taproom on The Shore in Leith.
1. Monty's
In the mood to explore? Walk or get a bus from Edinburgh Waverly to Monty’s our first ever customer where you can find our Lager permanently pouring.
They also have over 60 malt whiskies from all regions of Scotland. They pride themselves on our excellent beer selection. Dog friendly too!

2. Teuchters West End
Firmly in the West End sits Teuchters Bar & Bunker pouring our Lager and Pale Ale, sometimes with some specials alongside.
It is well known as a venue for rugby fans travelling to & from Murrayfield. Tucked away on William street, it’s a hidden gem popular with locals & only a 5-minute saunter from both Haymarket station & Princes Street.
As well as having a selection of Scottish beers, the pub is centred around the large whisky selection which includes around 90 single malts, 20-odd international & blended whiskies.

3. Guildford Arms
Regular pourers of our Milk Stout, IPA and Pale Ale, Guildford Arms is Edinburgh’s city centre craft beer & real ale emporium, family-owned since 1896, with a rococo plaster ceiling and gallery restaurant.

5. Victoria Bar
A cosy bar always pouring our Milk Stout with a great selection of drinks and snacks, Victoria Bar is where Edinburgh meets Leith. They’re a friendly bunch and welcome everyone, from Leith locals to world travellers.
They like to keep the bar well-stocked so there should be something for everyone. They have a fairly extensive selection of non-alcoholic beers, wines, ciders as well as all the usual suspects.

6. Leith Depot
Leith Depot is an independent Bar, Restaurant and venue in Edinburgh which permanently pours our Pale Ale and some specials.
They have a very cosy, welcoming and laid back bar located on Leith Walk, with lovely huge windows looking out.
Their food menu is largely pescatarian and vegetarian but there is always an option for the carnivores amongst you.

10. Teuchters Landing
Teuchters is a traditional style, dog-friendly pub with an extensive beer garden and traditional pub grub. The pub is the former waiting room for the Leith to Aberdeen steamboat ferry. As well as a predominantly Scottish selection of cask and keg beers they have over 90 single malts behind the bar.

11. Moonwake Taproom
Enjoy precision brewed beer from the source.
Our mezzanine taproom is an embracing and open space overlooking the brewery. Enjoy the Moonwake core range and specials we have on draught alongside a rotation of guest beers from local breweries and those further afield. Including gluten and alcohol-free choices.
We also have a selection of sustainable wines, local spirits and soft drinks, and bar snacks from small independent businesses with gluten-free and vegan choices available.
The taproom is dog-friendly and fully wheelchair accessible.
