Our friends Azimut are visiting from Bordeaux
Our guided pairing is now sold out but enjoy a paired flight of Scottish and French beer and cheeses. Tickets include, for one person, five 1/3 of beer each mindfully paired with cheese from Edinburgh’s Mellis cheesemongers. Together we brewed a collaborative Session NEIPA which will be paired alongside two more beers from each brewery. The Scottish beers will be paired with French cheese and the French beers with Scottish cheese.
Azimut Brasserie is a proud team of passionate artisans all of whom had very different lives before the brewery but they are united by one strong idea: beer is adventure.
